I am passionate about helping people discover their purpose and helping facilitate space that helps them realize their best selves. When you do the work that I do, you find that "everyone" turns to you to talk about what they have going on in life and sift through their "stuff". I enjoy helping to "sift" and unearth those jewels that have been buried by the experiences that have layered on top of those jewels. Once we unearth those jewels and integrate healthy coping skills, you are able to discover your purpose, living your best life.

This passion has led me to help develop and lead clinical programs for the last 20 years. From providing therapy to individuals, families and couples, overseeing mental health clinics and providing consultation to other therapists to co-founding a social work program in a community that garnered national attention, I've never stopped doing that work.

I love walking alongside others as they set goals and work to achieve them. It's not easy work, but it's worth it. You have to decide if you're ready to do the work. If you are ready to get to work - let's do it!​
